Believe it or not, the NCAA has actually made some good changes to the NCAA Transfer Portal for men’s and women’s basketball.
The major changes include shortening the portal window from 30 to 15 days and moving the opening of the portal until after each league’s national championship game.
The new rules also cover coaching changes and midyear transfers.
