Former Kentucky point guard Brandon Knight helped Team USA blast Nicaragua 102-67 Friday in FIBA World Cup qualifying.
Knight finished with 14 points and 5 assists in the win. He was a team-best +30 in plus/minus.
MarJon Beauchamp led the Americans with 24 points.
