Former Kentucky forward Alex Poythress will miss the rest of the season for Zenit Basketball Club after suffering a serious knee injury during last night’s game.
The team announced today that tests revealed a torn ACL for Poythress, who was averaged 14.3 points and 7 rebounds this season.
