Georgia head coach Kirby Smart appeared to trick officials during last night’s 20-10 win over Auburn.
In the third quarter, with the play clock running out, Smart appeared to run down the sideline signaling for a timeout.
Officials blew the whistle and stopped play, but Smart ran on the field claiming he was just clapping. The referees believed him and Georgia essentially got a free timeout and no penalty.
You be the judge:

The Bulldogs went on to win the game.
After the game, Smart gave a bizarre (and totally unbelievable) story about what happened:
Kirby Smart lied again at the press conference.
It's obvious when you watch the video. He called a timeout. It prevented the delay of game and he got to take a TO later in the game.
He should be fined for this. I'm sure he'll gladly pay it. He won.
