Kentucky couldn’t hang with No. 12 Georgia between the hedges on Saturday. The Bulldogs cruised to a 35-14 win over the Wildcats.
Despite the loss, quarterback Cutter Boley had a decent performance. Boley became the first freshman UK quarterback to throw for two touchdowns in an SEC road game since Morgan Newton in 2009. He is the first UK quarterback to pass for at least 200 yards against Georgia in Athens since Andre’ Woodson on Nov. 17, 2007

QB Cutter Boley completed a career-high 25 passes of a career-high 41 attempts for 225 yards and two touchdowns.
He had the most passing yards (225) and passing completions (25) by a UK freshman QB in an SEC road game since Jalen Whitlow at Tennessee on Nov. 24, 2012 (225 yards on 29 completions)
He had the most touchdown passes by a UK freshman QB in an SEC game road game (2) since Morgan Newton at Georgia on Nov. 21, 2009 (3).
He is the first UK QB to pass for at least 200 yards against Georgia in Athens since Andre’ Woodson on Nov. 17, 2007 (268 yards).
RB Seth McGowan led the team with 11 carries for 44 yards in his shortened time on the field.
He also had a season-high three pass receptions for 21 yards.
WR Kendrick Law led the team in both receptions and receiving yards, catching a career-high-tying six passes for a career-high 64 yards and a touchdown.
The five-yard TD reception marked his first score at Kentucky and the second score of his career.
He had a season-long 38-yard reception to set up UK for its first touchdown of the game.
It was one yard shy of his career long, a 39-yard reception against Auburn in 2022.
WR Cameron Miller, true freshman, got the first reception of his career.
Playing in only the fourth quarter, he finished with three catches – of three total targets – for 41 yards.
TE Josh Kattus had one catch for 29 yards and a touchdown receiving.
It marked the second touchdown receiving this season and the sixth of his career.
DB Jordan Lovett had five tackles and an interception returned for 20 yards.
It marked his first interception this season and the eighth interception of his career. He has had at least two interceptions in each of the past three seasons (2022-24).
DB JQ Hardaway had a career-high-tying 11 tackles.
DB Grant Grayton, true freshman, intercepted a fourth-quarter pass for the first pick of his career. He added a 21-yard return to set up Kentucky’s final touchdown.
