Mark Stoops met with the media following Saturday night’s 35-13 loss at South Carolina.
“We didn’t execute in critical moments and that’s on all of us. That’s on the coaches and that’s on the players,” Stoops said after the loss.
Despite the setback, Stoops says this is a better Kentucky team with Cutter Boley starting at quarterback.
“We’re a better football team and you know, Cutter [Boley] is a very good quarterback that’s going to have a very bright future,” Stoops said. “You guys know when you start on the road for the first time in the SEC, you’re going to take some lumps.”
