Bruce Pearl met with the media following Auburn’s first win at Rupp Arena since 1988 on Saturday.
Pearl said he had a joke ready to go just in case the Tigers came up short once again.
“But my line was going to be every now and then when y’all have a coaching change my name comes up and I wonder why in the world y’all want me to be your coach when I can’t win in Rupp,” Pearl joked.
