Former Kentucky guard Isaiah Briscoe earned a Hoops Agents Player of the Week Award in Taiwan’s PLeague+ league this week.
Briscoe had 32 points and 13 assists in the Kaohsiung Steelers 107-76 win over the Fubon Braves.

American Isaiah Briscoe (190-PG-1996) put on an extraordinary performance in the last round for Kaohsiung Steelers and that’s him to receive a Hoops Agents PLeague+ Player of the Week award for round 8.
The 28-year old playmaker got a double-double of 32 points and 13 assists, while his team outclassed Fubon Braves (#2, 5-7) with 31-point margin 107-76. The game was between two of the league’s top four teams. Steelers maintains the 4th position in Taiwanese PLeague+. The season is still in it’s early stage, so the team may have a chance to improve their current position in the standings. They lost 7 games and had just one victory. In the team’s last game Briscoe had a remarkable 63.2% from 2-point range. He turned to be Steelers’ top player in his first season with the team. University of Kentucky graduate has very impressive stats this year. Briscoe is league’s best scorer averaging so far 28.5ppg and is league’s best passer with 10.7apg. Briscoe is in league’s top in rebounds (5th best: 9.7rpg).
