Here is an excerpt from Asia-Basket.com:
American Guard Archie Goodwin (196-G-1994) had a great game in the last round for Jiangsu Nangang Dragons Nanjing, receiving a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 24.
The 30-year old player recorded a triple-double of 53 points adding also 14 rebounds and 10 assists, while his team crushed Fujian S. (#20, 1-22) with 21-point margin 113-92. The game rather meaningless between the teams, which do not have any influence on top of the standings. Jiangsu Dragons maintains the 19th position in Chinese CBA. Too late to salvage the team, which is currently ranked such low. They already lost 21 games and recorded just three victories. In the team’s last game Goodwin had a remarkable 73.1% from 2-point range. He turned to be Jiangsu Dragons’s top player in his first season with the team. Former University of Kentucky star has very solid stats this year. Goodwin is in league’s top in points (9th best: 19.2ppg) and assists (5th best: 5.3apg).
