Louisville is working hard to have a decent atmosphere for No. 12 Tennessee

Louisville basketball is finally back on the map after several years of mediocrity, but the Cards still seem to be having trouble putting fans in seats.

Less than 24 hours from now, the Cardinals will be hosting No. 12 Tennessee, which should be one of the top games of the day.

For whatever reason, the Yum! Center isn’t sold out and Louisville folks are having to go the extra mile to get a decent number of fans in the arena.

UPS has purchased 1,000 tickets to the game “as recognition to their employees and distributed them to various groups within leadership teams” according to Ty Spalding:

Kueber purchased 500 tickets to give away for free:

Planet Fitness is giving away free tickets:

Even head coach Pat Kelsey took to campus to encourage fans individually to attend the game:

Come on Louisville fans. Get out and support the Cards! Coach Kelsey is going to be great for your program and you should support his efforts.
