Louisville is closing in on Charleston’s Pat Kelsey to take over the men’s basketball program.
Kelsey went 75-27 in three seasons at Charleston. He led the Cougars to the NCAA Tournament the last two seasons. Prior to that he was 186-95 at Winthrop.

BREAKING: Louisville is closing in on a deal with College of Charleston’s Pat Kelsey that would make Kelsey the Cardinals head coach, sources told @thefieldof68.
Barring a last-minute breakdown in negotiations, a deal is expected between the two sides.
