Alabama (11-1) kept its playoff hopes alive last night with arguably the most inexplicable win of the college football season.
Trailing Auburn 24-20 with just over 40 seconds to go, the Crimson Tide were facing a seemingly hopeless 4th down and 31 yards to go.
Quarterback Jalen Milroe danced around in the pocket and eventually fired a prayer to the end zone. Amazingly, the ball fell into the hands of Alabama wide receiver Isaiah Bond for what would be the winning touchdown:

On the ensuing kickoff, there was a fight that included punches being thrown, a potential broken arm and a referee being pushed down and trampled. Amazingly, there were no penalties issued and nothing was reviewed.
A fight just broke out between Alabama and Auburn and the referee got trampled on. Not sure I’ve seen anything like that before. pic.twitter.com/pUHppndYIE

From there, Auburn fumbled into the end zone, but a lineman picked it up and got it back to the 1-yard line. That was followed by a pick six (that was later ruled out of bounds at the 3-yard line):
