Experienced British (209-C-1988) put on an extraordinary performance in the last round for league’s second-best Wave and that’s him to receive a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 8.
The 35-year old center had a double-double of 31 points and twenty four rebounds, while his team crushed Pythons (#5, 5-4) with 25-point margin 105-80. Wave maintains the 2nd position in Thailand TBL. They would have been even better if they did not have these two lost games earlier in Regular Season. Wave will need more victories to improve their 7-2 record. Williams has many years of experience at Wave, through which he has constantly improved. The Citadel graduate has very impressive stats this year. Williams is in league’s top in points (8th best: 24.6ppg), rebounds (6th best: 14.2rpg) and averages solid 54.9% FGP.
