Jim Nantz is retiring after more than three decades of calling Final Fours and national championship games for CBS.
Nantz, who has called 32 title games, got a standing ovation tonight during the first national semifinal between Florida Atlantic and San Diego State.
“I’ve always wanted the fan to feel like they had a seat at the table,” an emotional Nantz explained prior to tonight’s game.
