Vanderbilt knocked off No. 23 Kentucky 68-66 on Senior Night at Rupp Arena thanks to a game-winning jumper by Jordan Wright.
Starting point guard Cason Wallace left the game early with a lower leg injury and the Wildcats (20-10, 11-6 SEC) struggled throughout the second half.
Kentucky fought back to tie the game at 66-66, but Wright’s jumper gave the Commodores the win:

The win was Vanderbilt’s first win at Rupp Arena since 2007.
Kentucky was just 19-for-59 (32.2%) from the field, including 3-for-19 (15.8%) from the three-point line. The Wildcats also missed 10 free throws.
Oscar Tshiebwe had 21 points and 20 rebounds for the Cats in a losing effort.
