One of the most improbable endings of the year happened in an NCAA Division III game earlier to night.
New Jersey City University trailed Rowan University 71-67 with just 5.2 seconds to go. The Gothic Knights nailed a three-pointer to cut the lead to 71-70 with 2.8 seconds to play.
Rowan attempted to throw it in but the pass was deflected by an NJCU defender. Another NJCU player grabbed the loose ball and this happened:

NJCU won the game 73-71 and the announcer’s head almost exploded. That is just an amazing finish. Congrats to NJCU on the miraculous win.
