Former Kentucky center Eloy Vargas, who is now 34 years old, continues to play at high level in Uruguay.
Vargas earned another Hoops Agents Player of the Week award in Uruguay’s LUB league after leading Aguada to an 89-77 win over Olimpia.
The former Wildcat finished with 25 points and 11 rebounds in the win.
Vargas currently leads the league in rebounding (12.0 RPG) and is second in blocked shots (1.6 BPG).
