Former Kentucky head coach Orlando “Tubby” Smith was in Danville tonight to watch Rhodes College, which is coached by former Tubby assistant Steven “Zo” Goodson, do battle with Centre College.
On the court, former Greenwood High School star Cade Stinnett stole the show to lead Centre to a nice 82-72 victory.
The game was 42-41 with just over 16 minutes go in the second half, but the Colonels got hot and pulled away to earn an important conference win.
Stinnett, who is just a freshman, finished with a game-high 38 points:

After Kentucky, Goodson had stops with Smith at Memphis, Texas Tech, Minnesota and High Point.
