Kentucky released the depth chart for the Music City Bowl today and it revealed that several more key players will be out for the game.
Most notably, the Wildcats will be without senior linebacker DeAndre Square, who contributed 58 tackles, a sack and an interception this season.
UK will also be short on depth at the tight end position as both Josh Kattus and Brenden Bates are out.
Bates updated his status on social media today:
Hey BBN , been hearing a lot of questions and want to give y’all an update. Fall camp I tore my labrum. I played till I couldn’t and got surgery December 9th. Surgery went great and I’m currently 2weeks post OP. I will be at the bowl game supporting my team. #BBN pic.twitter.com/eFj5zz9oOF
