Former Kentucky big man Eloy Vargas was named Hoops Agents Player of the Week in Uruguay’s LUB league.
Vargas had 20 points and 16 rebounds to lead Aguada to a 90-88 victory over Hebraica.
Aguada is no third in the league’s standings.
Vargas is currently third in the league in rebounding average with 11.5 boards per game.
