Shaedon Sharpe made some interesting comments earlier this week on a conference call ahead of the NBA Draft.
Sharpe clarified that it was his decision not to play at the University of Kentucky last season.
“I did talk to Cal about it, my coach, trainer, even my parents,” Sharpe explained. “But, at the end of the day, it was my decision to not play.”

Sharpe also believes he did something right since he’s working out for NBA teams:
Asked Shaedon Sharpe about the decision to not play for Kentucky, if there are any regrets.
“Like I said before, everything happens for a reason. So I really don’t regret (not) playing. I’m working out for NBA teams now. So I guess I did something right.”

Luckily, he sees himself as one of the greatest players to ever play the game of basketball.

I doubt these comments will help Sharpe win over Big Blue Nation.
