Ohio University just knocked off the Virginia Cavaliers in a 13 vs. 4 upset, which means there will be a new NCAA basketball champion this season.
The Cavaliers won the last NCAA Tournament in 2019, then the 2020 tourney was canceled due to COVID-19.
