Since Andrew Wiggins moved to 2013, there had to be a new #1 in the 2014 class.
ESPN’s Super 60 crowned point guard Tyus Jones the new #1, with big man Jahlil Okafor #2.
Reggie Rankin spoke with Okafor recently and he would like to go to a school with Tyus Jones.
“I have a lot of offers, and me and Tyus Jones are thinking package deal on where we will go to school,” Okafor said. “That is the plan right now. The schools that are recruiting me are also recruiting him, like Kentucky, Michigan State, Ohio State, Louisville, Florida, Florida State, Duke, North Carolina, North Carolina State, Kansas, DePaul, Illinois, Northwestern, UCLA and Wisconsin. I hope I didn’t forget anyone.”
Could Kentucky get another 5 star duo on the same day, just as Cal grabbed the Harrison Twins?
I am sure if they do, it will be on ESPN when it happens.
