Gonzaga opened the season at No. 1 and the Bulldgos certainly looked the part in today’s 102-90 win over No. 6 Kansas.
Three players scored more than 20 points for Gonzaga in a game that really wasn’t as close as the final score indicates. The Bulldogs led 96-78 with 3:20 to play.
Drew Timme led the way for Gonzaga with 25 points. Jalen Suggs added 24 and Corey Kispert finished with 23.
Marcus Garrett led the Jayhawks with 22 points on 7-for-9 shooting.

Kansas plays Saint Joseph’s tomorrow and Kentucky on Tuesday.
