The Dallas Cowboys waived former Kentucky defensive back Chris Westry over the weekend, then signed him back to the practice squad.
Westry was one of the final cuts to get the Cowboys final roster down to 53:

Cowboys re-signed CB Chris Westry to the practice squad, source said. At 6-foot-4, he is their largest DB on the practice squad and also their latest. Westry, CB Deante Burton, S Saivion Smith and S Luther Kirk all back with club to begin year.
