Apparently anything goes in Kentucky’s 15th Region of high school basketball.
Shelby Valley’s Jacob Caudill suffered a serious hand injury on this play and will miss his entire senior season. The officiating crew didn’t even see a foul (click to play):
We hate to pile on officials because they have a tough job and coaches & parents are making it to where their quitting at an alarming rate but no-calls like this doesn’t help their cause. This was pitaful!! Our residential weatherman @Jcaudill_ suffered a broken hand on this play pic.twitter.com/tI26bjNnNJ

Caudill was officially diagnosed with a broken hand and Perilunate dislocation. He is scheduled for surgery:
Asking for those who believe to pray for our own Jacob Caudill (@Jcaudill_). Jacob took a very hard fall in last nights game that resulted in a broken hand as well as a Perilunate dislocation. Jacob will have surgery next week. pic.twitter.com/3A8os7JGMZ

I hate to pile on refs as they have a very difficult job, but come on man.
