Former Wisconsin player Sam Dekkar, a member of the team that ended Kentucky’s undefeated season, blasted Milwaukee Bucks fans for booing Tyler Herro last night.
Herro de-committed from Wisconsin and ended up at Kentucky out of high school. Bucks fans let Herro hear about it last night when he was introduced.
After the game, Dekkar and even Dwayne Wade took up for Herro:
If you’re in Milwaukee right now and you boo’d Tyler Herro getting announced as a starter in his 2nd career NBA game, you’re a miserable person. The kid lived out his dream, there’s more to life than a recruit not going to your favorite school. Embrace a hometown kid.
