Dick Vitale has given his college basketball ranking for next season using the VBDI, the Vitale Bald dome Index, of his Top 10 teams that he calls the Elite 8.

Vitale has Kentucky #2 and is the only SEC team anywhere in his top 8, err, I mean 10.
