One of the top players in the 2019 class has announced that he will play his college basketball at the University of Kentucky.
He picked the Wildcats over Indiana, Michigan State, and North Carolina.
Brooks joins Dontaie Allen, Tyrese Maxey, and Kahlil Whitney in the 2019 class.
