New Texas A&M head coach Jimbo Fisher was using a punt returner with no speed at Florida State last season.
Tarvarus McFadden was expected to be a top 20 pick in the NFL Draft.
After 40-yard dash times of 4.67 and 4.76 at the NFL Combine, he’ll likely drop significantly.
McFadden actually looked awful while running:
