The University of Kentucky women’s soccer team (4-2-0) picked up a 1-0 win over Marshall Sunday at the UK Soccer Complex.
The game was the first of five straight at home for the Wildcats.
Sophomore Alyssa Telang scored her first career goal in the 53rd minute to give the Cats a victory.
The Wildcats continue their five-game home stand on Wednesday, hosting the Evansville Purple Aces. Kickoff for that match is scheduled for 7 p.m.
