Sunday’s NCAA championship game between LSU and Iowa was the most-viewed NCAA Women’s Basketball game of all time.
ESPN reports that 9.9 million viewers, with a peak of 12.6 million, tuned in to watch the Hawkeyes and Tigers do battle.
The game, a 102-85 victory for LSU, was also the most-viewed college event ever on ESPN Plus.

Sadly, there was that much interest in the women’s game, largely due to superstars Caitlin Clark and Angel Reese, and most of the feedback on social media was about poor officiating.
