Kentucky football coach Mark Stoops and his staff continue to recruit the state of Ohio pretty hard. According to Mike Dyer of the Cincinnati Enquirer Kentucky has offered 2015 three-star Hamilton, Ohio (Ross) offensive guard Simon Stepaniak.
