We had discussed Wake Forest reject Tony Woods [URL=”http://www.nationofblue.com/tony-woods-just-another-distraction-3182/”]here[/URL] last week. Thankfully he has chosen to transfer to [STRIKE]Thug U[/STRIKE] the University of Louisville for his remaining [STRIKE]probation[/STRIKE] education. I know, I know, the Louisvillians are going to say “…you’re one to talk about problem recruits, UK. What about Enes Kanter??” All I have to say is, there is a difference between amateurism issues and assault issues.

Adam Zagoria is reporting that Kentucky has backed off of the recruitment of 4-star C Michael Chandler, and that 5-star PF Quincy Miller will probably be committing to Baylor.

Scout.com wrote today that 4-star PG Ryan Boatright has verballed to West Virginia.

Coast2CoastRecruiting.net states that 3-star PG Nurideen Lindsey has committed to St. John’s.

So who’s left? Well plenty, but as far as UK is concerned 4-star SG and Alabama Mr. Basketball Trevor Lacey is looking pretty good. Coach Cal may be done with the 2011 class, but if he does get anybody else, Lacey would seem to be the most logical option.
