[*]Cats started out slow as LSU jumped out to a 7-1 at the 1st TV TO.
[*]Cats battled back, of course, and started dominating the paint with Cousins, Orton, and Patterson. The Cats took the lead 20-10 with 7:54 remaining. LSU had just called a timeout and the Cats look like they have already set the pace the way they want it. Wall and Bledsoe are doing their thing. Patterson looks the most assertive of the year shooting several 3s and attacking the glass.
[*]Kentucky is owning the offensive glass. The Cats have dominated, with several highlight reel dunks. Eric Bledsoe with a dunk, and Wall with a behind the back layup, and it is now 32-10 with 5:00 min remaining.
[*]We will definately get to see Hood and Krebs today. Cousins is getting every rebound and just tips it to himself, like he is just playing around. This one could get really ugly!
[*]Demarcus has 15 points and 9 rebounds with 3:21 remaining. Cats up 36-12.
[*]Anyone think LSU will score 20 points? I guess I mean in the 1st half, but tempted to say the game!!
[*]Liggins makes Billy Clyde look really bad. Cal has turned Liggins in to exactly what this team needs and that is energy and productivity off of the bench. He plays sooo hard!
[*]Daniel Orton is going to be a great Wildcat for a while. He shows spurts of greatness. He also shows spurts of freshman. It is fun watching him grow.
[*]Halftime 42-14. LSU is really bad. Al Purnell could coach this team and no one would ever know.

[U][B]2nd Half[/B][/U]

[*]Cousins just got his double double with 18:35 to play in the 2nd half. He now has 19 pts and 11 rebounds. Score is 45-19 with 17:19 left.
[*]Cats look a little disinterested this half as the Tigers have shown a little life. They finally hit 20, and the score at the 1st TV TO is 49-23.
[*]This one is looking like a classic game of wallering back and forth for the rest of the game. LSU gets lucky and scores a couple of times, and then we score a couple of times without a lot of effort. LSU hasn’t quit, but they never started in the 1st half.

[*]2nd TV TO: 57-30 after a Dodson 3.(11:45)
[*]LSU calls timeout again as Wall and Bledsoe are running the Tigers out of the gym. 63-30 with 10:59 remaining.
[*]I am looking for more substitutions real soon. I would love to see Jon Hood get a little time in somewhat of a game situation. I still wonder if he will get a shot next year or ever!
