It was was just meant to be as UK made quick work of LSU. Patterson continues to improve, Boogie is Boogie and Liggins is coming up with everything. I normally give a brief game recap that includes my opinion of each players performance but I'm going to skip that today. Even though the CATS had a slow start, they quickly hit their stride and put LSU away before the end of the first half.

Coach Cal did a great job by substituting players when he noticed the energy level dropping. I think not substituting players in the past is one reason that Auburn and others stayed in the game a bit longer than they should. UK's bench was just too much as Liggins and Harris led the way. It was just a great game and hopefully a huge step in showing that we can really put teams away.

Attachment 272One of the most exciting moments of the game came when John Wall took the ball around his waist when driving in for a layup. After he successfully converted, the smile on his face said it all. I dare anyone to say he's not having fun now. Note to John Wall......”Stay Away From Alan Cutler!!”
