• I'm sure that everyone is aware of what's going on 80 miles west of Lexington in a federal courtroom in Loserville. We're not going to get into the details; but we will talk it's affect on Pitino's status as head coach. Personally, I don't see how he can continue to be head coach when the trial is over, but I guess we'll have to wait and see. Another interesting question is this... Would Pitino be fired following the trial if he was coaching at UK?

There's only one thing that can possibly help Pitino in this situation, and that's winning basketball games. I would like to think that Kentucky fans would hold him more accountable but a final four or national championship might be enough to have CAT fans turning their heads.

Here's a recent poll from USA Today. They ask what should Pitino do following the trial...

You can see that the "Step Downs" and the "Talk to the university" answers are running neck and neck. What's more surprising is that 25% say that Pitino is the victim here. Are they really serious?

He is the victim in the extortion case (Alleged to this point), but that wasn't the question. After everything he's had to come clean with, I just can't see how he can remain head coach.

Do you think Pitino would remain head coach if he were coaching at UK? Leave a comment below.

Not only would little slick quick rick or who ever the coach be fired, but the BBN would cease to exist as far as basketball is concerned. I would think they would even demolish Rupp Arena. Can you imagine what forde and the rest of the asinine sports journalist at ESPN, NYT, that rag in Lexington, the impostor of a paper in Louavull would be saying? This whole fiasco and the lack of respect from either one of them makes my blood boil. He should know better, he should have had his itty, bitty, teeny, weeny you know whats snipped a long time ago and he would not be in this predicament now. Evidently the rest of his anatomy is itty, bitty, teeny, weeny too if it only lasted 15 seconds. Can't wait until there is only 15 seconds left in his games. The crowds will go wild. Rumor has it that it was going on when he was in Lexington and thank heavens he didn't get caught there. He should have known sooner or later he was going to meet Ms. World Champion Psycho. Not only has he hurt his family, his wife, her children but also the entire state of Kentucky. The comments on other media websites are very embarrassing. They are throwing the whole state, including Kentucky basketball into the equation. He is such a scumball. I wish I knew some Italian so I could really rip him up good!
