Video: Anthony Davis, Almost but Not Quite Consistent
John Raffel of RantSports believes Anthony Davis is a good Hornets player. However, he needs to learn quickly and efficiently- he is playing with a team that has limited resources. He needs more time to improve.
Davis is playing steady and that’s all that matters. No one expected him to have a rookie season like a Michael Jordan or LeBron James and Carmelo Anthony. He averages 12.5 points, 7.5 rebounds and 1.9 blocks per game, all very good figures. He’s also shooting 51.4 percent from the floor.
His 27.8 minutes per game should go up and it will. He’s playing a longer game in the NBA and most rookies have to adjust to that.
But like anything else, consistency is what makes a good NBA player. Davis is almost, but not quite yet, at that point.
