Two More Former Wildcats Reportedly Set to Join UK Coaching Staff
Neal Brown isn’t the only former Wildcat to be on Mark Stoops’ offensive coaching staff.
Not it is being reported that John Schlarman and Chad Scott will also be moving back to Lexington.
Joining Brown is a former Wildcat and coaching colleague at Troy, John Schlarman.
A native of Fort Thomas, Schlarman was a four-year starter on the offensive line at the UK from 1994 until 1997. He was named to the Freshman All-SEC team in 1994 and was named the team’s most outstanding offensive lineman in 1995 and 1996. Following his junior season, he was chosen for the Unsung Hero All-America Team by the College Football Chronicle. As a senior in 1997, playing under Guy Morriss, he earned First Team All-SEC honors.
Here is the tweet on Chad Scott.
You can also bet that Neal Brown will be taking #TexasTech RB coach Chad Scott with him to Lexington. Really, really good recruiter.
