Robert Carter Clarifies Kentucky Interest

One of the top 25 players in the 2012 class, Robert Carter, has been rumored to have a
Kentucky offer and it really hasn’t been clarified how much interest they have with the 6’9″ 250 forward from Georgia.

The AJC had an interview with Carter and it seems to clarify Kentucky’s interest.

One final note on Carter: There have been conflicting reports on whether or not he has been offered by Kentucky. We asked Carter to clarify. “Kentucky has talked to my coaches a lot. It’s not an official offer. I think they claim they don’t really offer guys unless they really want to come there or wherever. I don’t really know. They want me to come up there and see it, so that’s where we stand right now.”

The article also said Carter may visit Kentucky, but said it was between the Cats and the Maryland Terrapins for his final official.
