Long Island Vs. Wildcats Who Will Step Up?
The CATS take on the Long Island Blackbirds tonight and I’m hoping for another spectacular play like the one above. The LI Blackbirds are 0-3 losing to Lafayette, Morehead and Maryland. UK shouldn’t have any problems with the Blackbirds, but that’s not really why we’re watching.. right?
We’re more interested to see how each player is developing and who is going to step up and be the leader of this years team. Let’s take a look at how each player has contributed to this point in the season.
Goodwin and Noel have been strong since the first game with Poythress gaining confidence with each passing day.
So who’s the player to watch tonight against Long Island?
I look for Julius Mays‘s contribution to continue to be on the rise. With the uncertainty surrounding Ryan Harrow, May’s outside shooting is the perfect distraction to open up the floor for everyone.
