Laettner and Chapman Postgame Press Conference

Enough already! Laettner came into our Hallowed halls of Rupp Arena and showed us Kentucky Fans that he is now sort of more laid back and changed. For Laettner to even consider the notion of stepping foot on to Kentucky soil, let alone our Basketball shrine known world wide as the Camelot of College basketball is either bravery or stupidity. I think it is bravery! This event was for charity and Laettner stepped forward into the Lion's Den and made a great evening of it. It is time for UK fans to forgive and forget and find another villian. Laettner has made amends, mended fences, made nice......Go Big Blue!!!

Yeah right, i still don't like him, Coach K or Duke. Any UK fan wouldn't or shouldn't.

I totally understand your viewpoint on Laettner & Duke and I agree for the most part. I cannot stand Duke for their uppitiness, snobbish greater than thou attitudes that they call swagger and we call arrogant. We are in agreement. But, you have to admit that Pitino messed up in guarding Laettner, who was then the best big in the nation with a dangerous jumper. Pitino should've told Feldhaus and Pelphrey to front and back Laettner, not side and side as they did in the game. Laettner was free and clear to do what he does best....make big baskets in big games and he did and they won. It was way back in 1992 and UK has won 2 titles since then and possibly number 8 on the way this year. Time to let it go.......
