Julius Randle Feels Like He has A Lot in Common with John Calipari

Julius Randle has written a new blog entry in his USA Today recruiting diary and talks about how is injured foot is improving and even says he feels like he could play right now.

He also talks about how he feels like he has a lot in common with Kentucky head coach John Calipari.

Like, I talk to Coach (John) Calipari from time to time and he checks on me and checks on my mom, but I think the main reason we click is because we have similar mindsets. We’re both go-getters. We battle. We compete. I love that about him.

Julius Randle is one of the 3 recruits left on the board for Kentucky in 2013, which also included Andrew Wiggins and Aaron Gordon.
