Josh Stoner Shoots Male to Ft. Harrod Classic Championship
Male completed their trek through the Ft. Harrod Classic, winning four games in four days, as they beat a gritty Bryan Station team 64-55 at Mercer County High School last night.
Male’s Josh Stoner, MVP of the tournament, had 26 points on 9 for 15 shooting and making all 5 free throw attempts.
The game was tight throughout, going back and forth on the scoreboard until Male outscored Bryan Station 28-18 in the 4th quarter to seal the win.
Bryan Station was led in scoring by Marcellous Washington’s 19 points. Larry Morten had 13.
Male’s Darryl Lambert had 18 and Steven Julian finished with 11.
Male improved their record to 8-3. Bryan Station dropped to 5-4.
