
One of the top players in the state of Kentucky is right in John Calipari's back yard and he drove across town this week for an unofficial visit.
Jackson Davis, a 6'8" sophomore from Lexington Lafayette, and a rising star in the 2014 class, had already taken unofficial visits to Louisville, Cincinnati, Purdue, Xavier, and Indiana before his tour of the Kentucky facilities and it sounds like he enjoyed the grand tour.
"Coach Payne and Antigua took me through all of the Craft Center and the Wildcat Lodge," said Davis. "I met Rajon Rondo, the Dominican National Team, and Coach Cal's Dad."
