Thread: SEC Media Days: Day 1

I'm here at Media Days, so feel free to get in on the conversation here with me. I will update this thread continuously about some things.

Dan Mullen continues to give long, drawn out answers. I forget what the question is after he finishes his statement(s).

Dan Mullen says Mississippi State is a "hidden gem" in the SEC. I guess I can see it, but still a very bold statement.

Mullen now discussing his journey from the bottom of the food chain to the top in the SEC. He says "it's been a big mountain to climb." Very nice stuff, though.

Mullen is off the podium now and the players are going to make their ways in. Should be some good stuff from Relf. He will be covered. I doubt he competes with what Marcus Lattimore had today

Vick Ballard was talking about his lack of recruitment from SEC teams and I have to say, there may be some teams that he will bite coming into this season. Mississippi State is going to upset (if that word is necessary anymore) some teams this season, and Ballard is going to be a big part of it

Chris Relf had tons of reporters with him at the very first of this session. It's died down a little, but he is still hearing a lot from loads of people.

Any predictions as to how MSU and Relf will fare this season?

Are there any more teams coming up? Still a lot of media there? Who all have you talked to?
