Yesterday, Aaron Cordero of Bleed Blue Kentucky tweeted out that he thought Cody Quinn of Middletown, Ohio was close to committing to Joker Phillips and Kentucky.
He did today.
Quinn is a 5'10, 160lb cornerback who was originally committed to Illinois, also had West Virginia, Purdue, and Cincinnati on his list.
