As a fan, I really didn't want to lose Orton either, BUT...as a person, I can understand exactly why he made his choice and I support him in his decission. I'm disappointed in my fellow fans for bringing up the death of his mother and claiming he's using it as a crutch...that's disgraceful!!! He's a great player who would've killed the boards w/ the right amount of playing time. He did awesome as it was considering what little time he did play. He left when all eyes where on "OUR CATS"!!! Be proud of all of them and what they accomplished especially in such a short time and look at what all of them going to the NBA so soon could do for our recruiting. Don't get me wrong...I'm more of a "crazed fan" than most. You know the kind...don't interrupt me during a game unless you're dying, but...I try to look at the over all future of our Cats, not just the upcoming season.
