Other sports at UK

While I enjoy the Nation of Blue website, I notice that the forum is lacking in sections for posting about other UK sports. Take for instance the Gymcats. They were our only winning team last Saturday. I know we bleed blue for basketball and sometimes football and UK Hoops but we have more athletes to consider too.

I'll talk with Admin and see if an expansion can be made. Name some sports you think that are "section worthy" for the Forum. Anyone with ideals to help improve the Forum can always "Private Message" me. Thanks

the UK cheerleaders need their own forum.. they are so dominant it;s crazy! and good to look at too :P but seriously, they deserve to have their own section..the cheer cats are a dynasty!

The cheerleaders are awsome!! They've won 18 Division 1-A championships, more than any other school in the history of the UCA National College Championships. GO CHEER CATS!!!!!!!!!!

I agree totally! UK is an overflowing haven for talented UK athletes! My daughter attends the gymnastics events and hockey games and the girls "Hoops" basketball game regularly and LOVES it! UK Cheerleaders DEFINITELY need their own spot! That is a sport (regardless of how the NCAA views it) that NEVER gets enough recognition! The athleticism needed to do what those cheerleaders do...well, I'd put most other athletes up against them anyday!
