Thread: Davis and Kidd-Gilchrist #'s 1 and 3 in CBS Freshman Rankings

Jeff Borzello, of CBS Sports, released his perception of the hierarchy of freshman ballers and he placed Anthony Davis and Michael Kidd-Gilchrist right at that top.

Of course Cody Zeller is sandwiched right there between them. Leave it to IU to spoil a UK party...

Here's what Borzello had to say about our boys in blue:

1. Anthony Davis, Kentucky (Last Week: 1)
He’s the only freshman on Goodman and Parrish’s POY rankings, so he’s tops here. Second among frosh in boards, first in blocked shots.

3. Michael Kidd-Gilchrist, Kentucky (Last Week: 4)
Kidd-Gilchrist continues to be productive in a variety of ways. He had 18 points and nine rebounds against the Hoosiers, also blocking two shots.
